SHIPPING

DELIVERIES IN CDMX

To your home or showroom in CDMX

Products in stock take 2 to 5 business days to arrive at your home.
You can also choose to pick it up at the showroom located at Diego de Osorio #135 Interior 6, Lomas de Virreyes, from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm.

SHIPPING TO MEXICAN REPUBLIC

We ship to all of Mexico, delivery times vary depending on the product and distance.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Once the product is paid for, the two-week production time begins. You will receive a notification to your email when it is ready, and you can choose whether you want home delivery or pick up at the showroom.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE, SO THERE MAY BE VARIATIONS IN SIZE, SHAPE, AND COLOR.
Exchanges and returns are accepted for reasons of damage or mishandling during shipping. You can contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product to request an exchange.
